Supply Technologies is Hiring a Branch Operations Manager Near Minneapolis, MN

The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for the entire operation of a branch; from ensuring the attainment of sales goals to overseeing everyone provides excellent customer service. This also ensures that the branch office has all the tools and infrastructure needed to keep it in working order. In this position, you will report to the Regional Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

- Track and chart the OTD (On-Time Delivery) and the service requirements of the customer accounts serviced out of branch.

- Meet all customer requirements and resolve any corrective action. Conduct yearly customer surveys and review with local staff.

- Maintains a professional and courteous relationship with all customers and work team.

Personnel:

- Identify, quantify, and maintain the necessary manning levels budgeted under the branch or branches you manage.

- Able to interview, hire, train and discipline personnel with continuous motivation and professional development for your employees.

- Provide yearly performance appraisals with branch personnel by conducting face to face meetings to review each performance objectives.

Secure company assets and accountability:

- Adhere to the Safety programs, housekeeping and security responsibilities set forth by senior management.

- Secure of company owned inventory assets.

- Maintain equipment and maintenance records where applies

- Comply with the set policies & procedures that have been established by Supply Technologies or ParkOhio.

- Detailed oriented and comply with set due dates with specific monthly reporting.

- Submit through research and customer knowledge the monthly SOP forecasting reporting.

- Able to review, fully understand and forecast the monthly financial statements which include forecasting, manning, expenses, and A/P reporting.

- Sales shortfall or higher that first estimated will need to be communicated to senior management.

- A complete knowledge for On-Time Delivery, Lines Shipped, Shortages, Quality issues, Rejects and COGS sold by warehouse employees must be met.

- Understand and justify manning requirements.

- Establish productivity requirements for the various departments and employees

- Develop, implement, and direct programs to ensure the safety of all personnel to meet Company standards and federal regulations.

- Ensure the efficient operation and utilization of all warehouse equipment.

- Monitor the cleanliness and working conditions of all equipment, overseeing repairs, adjustments or replacements as needed.

- Reports all work related injuries to Human Resources and filing appropriate reports.

- Actively promotes safety awareness and ensures the continued effectiveness of the programs.

- Ensure the facility remains in compliance with local city, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements:

- Minimum three to five years of experience in branch operations.

- College degree or equivalent

- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Proven leadership skills.

- Cross functional team player.
